Each year Canada Needs Our Lady will hold a pilgrimage to the North American Martyrs’ Shrine in Midland, Ontario, famous location of a first Jesuit mission in the 17th Century was established, known as Sainte-Marie among the Hurons.
On March 16th and 17th, Jesuit fathers Jean de Brebeuf and Gabriel Lalement died respectively after having suffered long tortures under the hand of the Iroquois.
Last year Marc Lascelle prayed in front of the relic of the half-scull of St. Jean de Brebeuf for friends and donors of Canada Needs Our Lady.
This year visited the site of their martyrdom where he said a rosary in the same intentions.
Next year Canada Needs Our Lady plans to organize a full fledged pilgrimage with friends and supporters.
